- Consult with the Hiring Manager to strategize the direction of the search based on client needs and current market conditions
- Extensive research on agreed upon target companies.
- Candidate pre-interview screening and selection.
- Presentation of qualified candidates with our notes and comments highlighting pertinent background data including salary information.
- Follow up discussions with the Hiring Manager based on resume information presented.
- Scheduling of phone introductions or interviews.
- Scheduling of all in-person interviews.
- Follow up discussions with Hiring Manager on in-person interviews.
- Conduct reference audits where needed.
- Consult and assist with salary negotiations
- Presentation of final offer.
This program includes a contractual commitment to continue providing qualified candidates until the Search Assignment has been completed (or otherwise cancelled).
Contingency Search
We will take on a limited number of contingency assignments whereby we perform all of the steps outlined above yet without a contractual commitment to continue providing qualified candidates until the position is filled. It is to be expected that these relationships are typically non-exclusive to our firm, therefore it is possible that more than one agency will be working on these recruiting engagements.
To reserve our highest level of service bandwidth, we recommend that clients with time-sensitive, critical needs work with us under our Modified Retained Search program.
